Sale of a grade 2 listed building
We have been more than satisfied by the experience of selling our house in Winchester. We write on the day we have received confirmation that contracts have been exchanged with our purchasers. We are particularly grateful to Toby Gullick head of city sales, for his ceaseless, energetic and thoughtful attention since the day he was engaged. We consulted two other estate agents but quickly decided that Mr Gullick seemed so much more assured in his judgement. Since then we have not been disappointed. Selling a house – particularly one that is listed and therefore subject to all sorts of regulation – is a stressful business and, through countless interventions, Mr Gullick has managed to maintain our belief in a successful outcome.
