I am delighted to write this review. Toby has sold two houses for us and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. Toby is there every step of the way in the selling and buying process. He has a comprehensive network of professional contacts in the Winchester area which was certainly a great help to us.

Toby does everything himself, he is always cheerful and makes his clients feel that nothing is too much trouble. He is always available on the phone and kept us in contact at every stage of the process. He makes the whole business of selling and buying a house as straightforward as it can be.

Toby gets the deal over the line efficiently for the benefit of all parties. As an Independent Local Agent he introduced a London-based buyer for our property and provided that essential help in the follow-up, from that initial interest to completing a mutually agreeable exchange in a remarkable short space of time. In other practical terms we found Toby very thorough when arranging for inspection of the property initially and subsequently throughout; someone to trust.
