My experience of this estate agent was five stars all the way. Great communication so professionals so knowledgeable and they were exceptionally patient with me , it took time but a very successful deal was made that I am absolutely delighted with thank you so much. This is one of the smaller estate agents in the city but I felt that the service was much more personal and just as credible and successful as the large Offices with lots of staff. Cheers Toby :))

Sale of a grade 2 listed building

We have been more than satisfied by the experience of selling our house in Winchester. We write on the day we have received confirmation that contracts have been exchanged with our purchasers. We are particularly grateful to Toby Gullick head of city sales, for his ceaseless, energetic and thoughtful attention since the day he was engaged. We consulted two other estate agents but quickly decided that Mr Gullick seemed so much more assured in his judgement. Since then we have not been disappointed.
