Toby Gullick Independent Property Specialist based near Winchester in Hampshire was extremely helpful in the purchase process of our beautiful bungalow in Littleton.
Any questions or actions were answered promptly by liaising with the vendors and if action was required this was also dealt with promptly. Toby communicated with us on a regular basis to push the purchase forwards and we did exchange and complete on the requested date.
