Toby recently sold my parents’ property in Winchester. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and had a good source of potential buyers. Toby communicated effectively with all parties including chasing up agents and lawyers in the chain to ensure that the transaction completed. He managed the whole process very well including viewings and dealing with the freeholder. As I wasn’t living at the property this was a great help.
